They hire the homophobes and criminals because that's what consumers want. Not hiring these people, or firing them when they find out about their behavior, would be a start.
the people behind these companies, they are the reason the industry gets a bad rep, because they are not careful enough. There is nothing wrong with doing porn, or being the head of a porn company.
, but shouldn't the industry in itself take some part of the blame? How about NOT hiring the homophobes, criminals etc? if they really care about their industry and take it seriously, then they shouldn't employ these people in the first place.
